Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of nextgametime.com (the "Site"), operated by NextGameTime LLC ("we," "us," or "NextGameTime"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. To follow links to licensed sportsbook operators or place real-money wagers on third-party platforms, you must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a U.S. state where the operator is licensed. You are responsible for confirming the legality of online sports wagering in your jurisdiction.

2. What NextGameTime Does

NextGameTime is a free, free-to-use schedule and countdown service for U.S. professional and college sports. We aggregate publicly available game data (start times, opponents, broadcasters, scores) and present it in a personalized "My Teams" dashboard. We may also display sportsbook odds and provide affiliate links to licensed sportsbook operators (the "Sportsbook Partners").

NextGameTime is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or process bets. All wagering occurs on the Sportsbook Partner's own platform, subject to that operator's terms and applicable state law.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

NextGameTime earns a commission when you click affiliate links to Sportsbook Partners and complete certain actions (such as registering an account, making a first deposit, or placing a qualifying wager). This commission does not increase your cost and does not influence which games or teams we feature. Editorial decisions, game scheduling, and team data remain independent of any Sportsbook Partner.

Sportsbook Partner relationships, when active, may include but are not limited to: FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, Hard Rock Bet, Fanatics Sportsbook, ESPN BET. The presence of a "BET" button on the Site means we have an active or pending affiliate relationship with the relevant operator in your state.

4. License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not (i) scrape, harvest, or systematically download Site content; (ii) reverse-engineer the Site; (iii) use the Site to build a competing product; (iv) frame, mirror, or republish Site content without our written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

Using the Site if you are under 18, or following sportsbook links if you are under 21
Using the Site from a state where online sports wagering is not legal, to access wagering features
Circumventing geofencing, age gates, or self-exclusion programs
Using the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise Site security or availability

6. Information Accuracy

Game times, scores, broadcasters, and odds are pulled from third-party sources (including ESPN, The Odds API, and the Sportsbook Partners themselves). We strive for accuracy but make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data shown. Always confirm odds and bet terms on the Sportsbook Partner's platform before wagering.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTGAMETIME LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SPORTSBOOK PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

We are not responsible for any losses you incur through any Sportsbook Partner. Disputes over deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or account closures are solely between you and the operator.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGameTime LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
